"Setup was annoying, really annoying"
I thought this would be a quick, easy setup, but nope. Not easy. The instructions were kind of all over the place, and I kept having to guess what was supposed to go where. It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and I was definitely frustrated by the halfway point. Maybe other people figured it out faster, but for me, it was not simple. Not simple at all.

"We’ve had our La Siesta hammock up..."
We’ve had our La Siesta hammock up for most of the summer, it’s held up great. The fabric still feels really solid, and the ropes haven’t stretched out weirdly or started fraying. We use it often, well, the kids probably use it more than we do—and it’s taken all of that without any issues. I’m only knocking off a star because it was a bit expensive, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Great fabric, just a bit of a hassle"
The hammock fabric is really nice, thick, soft, and it doesn’t feel cheap at all. I’ve had it outside for a few weeks now and it still looks and feels great. I just wish getting it set up and adjusted didn’t take as much effort, because that part was kind of annoying.

"I had to reach out to customer..."
I had to reach out to customer service, and in my experience they were genuinely helpful once they got back to me. The only downside was that the response took a bit longer than I expected, but the issue did get sorted out in the end

"Delivery took way too long"
My order took way longer to arrive than expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for the delay—the seller, the shipping company, or someone else. I just kept getting vague info and no real answers. Not a great experience.

"So comfy I basically live in it now"
I got a hammock chair from La Siesta it’s ridiculously comfortable. I’ve been using it most evenings, and once I sit down, it’s hard to convince myself to get back up. The fabric is soft, it doesn’t dig in anywhere, and there are no awkward pressure points. It’s just one of those chairs you can hang out in for ages without even realizing how much time has passed.
